yo estudio enpanol para cuatro ano. pero no hablo mucho en espanol. yo quiero encontrar amigos hablar español para comunicar y practicar.

nếu như bạn dùng "te" thì conjugation của hacer phải là "haces" chứ không phải " hacen". hacen dùng cho ellas, ellos y ustedes:battay:

Why must I change the tense? I wanted to said "I'm currently living in Houston", not "I live in Houston." By the way, tener needs to be in its "Imperfect," you cannot say tener in "Present" (Tengo) when you're referring to: ALWEPT = Age, Location, Weather, Expression, Physical State, and Time. There are also two more cases in which tener needs to be in "Imperfect": Continuous actions (While something happens, the other thing happens at the same time) and habitual (I used to eat pizza = Comía pizza)
Therefore, I am correct by saying "tenía."

Nothing is wrong with "I've had 17 years of age for seventeen years" if you ask me. It might sounds a bit Old/Middle-English-ish but eh..It's fine to me. I really like English so I tend to speak correctly but sometimes it tends to *whistle* into the "weird zones." =P
