when an architect receives a commission for a building , he meets client and disscusses his requirements. after visiting the site , the archit drawws up preliminary plans and , together with a rough estimate of the cost submits them to the client for his approval. if the client suggests chang the architect incorporates them into the final design which shows the ex domension every part of the building. at this stage, several building contractors are invited to bid for the job of constructing the building. when they submit their tendens or prices , the architect assists his client selecting the best one and helps him to draw up a contract between client and the contrachtor
work now starts on the building. as construction proceeds architect makes periodic inspections to make sure that the building is being constructed according to his phans and that the materials specified in contract are being used. during the build period , the client pays the bills from the consstractor. Subsequently , the contractor completes the building and the client occupies it. for six months after completion there í a period known as the " defects liability period""during thí period,the constractor mút correct any defects that appear in the fabric ò the building. fina when all the defects have been corrected, the client takes full possessior the building

It's not easy to translate something liek this, why dont you try to translate it yourself then we will help you to fix it up. Because i'm sure that no one really has the time to sit here &try to translate this &it's not easy.

I agree with the Mod ^^. I think if you just know what an architect does, you'll probably knows the whole thing (that's just my opinion).

Đại khái là:
khi một kiến trúc sư nhận được một gói thầu, người kiến trúc sư gặp người chủ đầu tư hay khách hàng để thảo luận về công trình cần thi công, rồi gởi bãn vẽ để chờ được chấp nhận.... khi được chấp nhận.. rồi kí hợp đồng... rồi xây dựng.. rồi kiểm tra để chắc chắn công tri thi công đúng như dự định... khi hoàng thành thì được "lấy tiền".....
