Which is the best country to go abroad?

With Vietnamese students, it’s a good choice to go abroad in Singapore. Everybody know this country as the cleanest place with attraction and a great power of living. When you live and work in Singapore, you can have a chance to discover the diversity of cultures, religions and languages. The mixing of them will bring to the international students a lot of choices in style of life and entertainment in Singapore.
The safety, the low rate of crimes and the qualityof life in Singapore are some of the reasons that attract many people to go to this country especially foreign students. Moveover, it provides a good studying environment. After school, you can come to the world of sport and entertainment with breathtaking views and interesting sounds that make you feel more relaxed. It’s not enough to talk about Singapore, so if you love this country like me, try your best to go to Singapore.

everything you said is correct, but I don't think other country such as England, Australia and Canada are also good. In my opinion, however Sing is still in Asia, and has a lot of common thing with Vietnam. It should be easy to adapt its culture more than other places. Choosing Singapore to study which can be said " best choice" but not the "dream choice." If I can I will choose England to study.

Actually, I don't know so much about Singapore. I choose it beacause i like it, it's just my feeling. In addition, its education's so good like I said. At least, people is friendly ^-^.

New Zealand is the bést, if you're after a peaceful, quiet place to live and study. no dust , i promise, you see the green colour of trếes and forests everywhere, not too hot like singapore, not as misty and foggy as London of England. the environment is great, you live within nature, you see birds everywhere, pigeons at parks, not too crowded dơwn here in Wellington, the people are friendly. education qualifications such as a bachelor is world wide recognised, we are surrounded by the sea , you can walk to the beach when you feel like some fresh air. the forest, the mountain, the stream, just love it

yeah. I know Singapore is a good choice for students who wanna study abroad. But according to me, I"ll choose England. I think It's good for me praticing English in England. And English's voice is so good. I've ever heard the voice and I like it. It's so fast and of course THat voice which I say is different from English of American. All of them are excellent...you know. And Each of them will be nice in an other bright side. But it isn't all of my reason.As you can know, English's education is the best one all over the word.There have a lot of course and lots of school for your choice. And it's easy to choose which one is suitable for you.Althought you must spend a high fees, you'll have degrees which ones of the best value around the world.That reasons I said are not only all of the best thing in England but also of so many things.We know...We think....and We get it because It's good for our future.yeah.Everyone have their opinion, and studying in England is mine. @mặt trời ngây thơ: I know England is better than Singapore in education as well as improving English skills, I search many webs and seek a scholarship. However, studying abroad in England is so difficult and there has few scholarship 100%, almost is 50%. England is an expensive country and I'm not rich ^-^. Moreover, although I don't have any exam or interview, I know my english is not excellent to have scholarship in England. On the other hand, I like Singapore because I can borrrow 100% tuition from the university I'm studying even if I don't have any scholarship, then I have to work for 3 years to give back this in Singapore. It's a plus, isn't it? ^-^Thanks, if you know some info about interviews that will be hold in HCM city, please contact me because I'm grade 12 and I want to go to abroad after finishing high school.

Why do you want to attend university or college. Of course, Everyone wants to have more acknowledge and better job later on. I give u a very simple example. If u graduate from UCLA or Standford, it will be very easy for you to have a good job. In contrast, if you just have a certificate or have no degree, you may work in a very not good job. ( u know what "not good job" means ,right?)

ummm, if i have enough money (and i dont right now) i would go to those asian countries like china, japan, korea... i love eating asian food! oh and i dont really like going to thailand or vietnam (sorri!) because these countries are super hot and humid :(
i wanna go to the US or UK or canada as well, those countries are cold and I really really wanna go to Hollywood, coolies!! I'll meet celebrities and then i'll visit my relatives there...
and guess what people, if you want to go abroad, go to my australia, its the best country, especially in winter ;) lol, you can feel the strange weather in melbourne, extremely cold in winter, extremely hot in summer, and the weather keeps changing in a day, very weird... but dont go to darwin, its just as hot as vietnam!

@ kakatrammiie: Nice to see you, Were you born in Australia? This country is the good choice for me as well as the vietnamese students. My friend's going abroad in this, she's living in Melbourne, is it a city that almost Vietnamese live there?

I don't think studying in Singapore in the best choice 100 % with Vietnamese student . Of course , It has some advantages such as the living cost , the tuition fee , the cultures , the distance between Vietnam and Singapore.

English and Chinese 're the official language in Singapore. But u see , Singapore's also the nation in the Southeast Asia and has a lots Chinese to live here ( 70 % of population ) , so that they're speaking English with the Chinese sound , for example " Hello la ". I'm not sure that I can hear them although I can with the American or some countries in America-Europe

The U.S is the first choice for me to come because my Aunt lives here. And France is the second choice for me because It's the great great great grand father in law's hometown :wavey: , so that I use English and try to study French ^^

More friends! yeah, but friendship in college is not similar as in high school in Vietnam. You just meet your new friends for one semester and rarely see them again. In school you dónt learn much about life. I suggest you go to work to get life experience ( however you múst go to school first)

@nguyenhuuphuc: I don't mean that it's the best choice for all, it's up to each person. I know that singapore's pronunciation is not good because it's mixed by chinese. On the other hand, Singapore's government has a special policy for international students, it's said that each of public school (I don't know if it was the same as the private school) has a student loan, so if students don't have scholarship, they can borrow a school that they're learning. Going abroad in U.S is the wish of many students, I also have my relatives in there but you know, it's so hard to get a scholarship in a university in U.S, especially with 100% scholarship, unless you're not a human^-^, the living is so expensive...However, if you like, wish you success.
@chomottinhyeu: when you live in dormitory, you can make more friends and know more about life like I said. I know it's less than if you go to work but let think that with a little knowledge you have in high school what can you do??? you want to have a job with high salary, don't you?

In Singapore , It's too hard to get 100 $ scholarship the same as the U.S ( After graduated , u can come back your hometown ) . I know your meaning that U can " loan " 70 to 100 % from the Singapore government to study but U must live there to work ^^. It's very useful for u to get the experience ^^. It's not in American :( , hix

I đon't like to study in the U.S although I use English's the first language to study and do something else......... My love is France and I love living in France or Belgium ( French's the official language and my girl friend's Vietnamese Belgian :D )

Why you say No??? It's very great that I can work in Singapore after graduating. I leant French in secondary school, it's opposite English a little ^-^. However, I don't continue to learn it. Studying in VN is good, but it's better when you go abroad in another country, not only extending your knowledge in book but also in life, it's really really useful that you learn about another cultures.

"No" isn't the my meaning about study in the U.S. I'll study more and live in the U.S or France to work and earn money to give my family in VN.

After graduated my college , I'll go. It's not a problem , my school use English's the communication language to talk , to do anything ,.......... and my syllabus's the American syllabus , so that I don't care about it.

And only one language can't be helped u very much , because I see a lots young in VN can use more than one :). France is also my great grandmother's hometown , so It's my second hometown besides VN :)

I dónt know, but here where I am living The U.S. I have many many friends, but they are just friends who you can say "hi how are you?" that's it!. However, there are exceptions. I am friendly tell you my experience that you should not expect too much about studying abroad. It may bring you to a higher level and also ruin your dream of wonderful life

@nguyenhuuphuc: I know, one language for this generation is not enough, but it's necessary to learn English well before studying another ^-^. I don't study in a international school, just public school in VN, and of course don't have a chance to practice English so much, just do it when I go to the language school. Will you go to France with standing bail from your relative? (I don't know if stand bail is true, I mean "bảo lãnh" ) ^-^

I think I can not select England as my best country to come for learning or visiting. I like Australia. I love Kanguru. Of course there are many things to tell about Australia. The Australian is more welcome the foreign people than the English. Don't you remember that " Lạnh như tiên" which is talking about the English.

YOu mean Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, right? I have something about it !Of course I have just read it on a Website. Its one of the best universities about technology in Asia. They teach about technology, natural sciences, accounting, commercial and communication. Although It isn't as good as the big Universities in England and American,it is better than a lot of small one all over the world. Somebody wrote that "Because Singapore was a small country, so the Goverment invested lot of capital in quality teaching and studying, and it is second to none. They have many best facilities for researching, but they don't have lots of good teacher there, so they're striving for attracting teacher in the Occident and another country. There have many students who are from China and India. They're really good at natural sciences.And You should work harder to catch up with the rest of the class ( especially the student of singapore) about business and art. Anyway, if you had a chance to study in NTU, you must compete so much. But it will be good for you if you were in that situation. The competition will help you to improve yourself! GOod luck!
