Giao thông ở Việt Nam lâu nay được kể là một trong những vấn đề gây nhiều bức xúc vì dẫn đến các tai nạn xe cộ chết người. Lâu nay đã có nhiều phản ánh về tình trạng lưu thông trong nước. Gần đây giới thẩm quyền đề ra một vài biện pháp khắc phục, nhưng tình hình vẫn chưa được cải thiên.
Thống kê trong nước cho biết mỗi năm có hàng chục ngàn người chết vì tai nạn giao thông. Bên cạnh các nạn nhân xấu số, hàng ngàn người khác phải mang thương tật suốt đời. Nặng thì trở thành phế nhân vĩnh viễn, suốt kiếp tật nguyền. Nhẹ thì cũng ít nhiều mang dấu vết tàn phá, hư hao dù có gắng xóa bỏ.
Có thể nói tình trạng lưu thông tệ hại bắt nguồn từ một số nguyên nhân chính yếu như cơ sở hạ tầng không đạt tiêu chuẩn, luật pháp chưa nghiêm, nhưng nhất là vì ý thức chấp hành luật giao thông của quần chúng còn thấp.
Về vấn đề luật pháp, mức xử phạt kẻ vi phạm là quá nhẹ.Lấy ví dụ, người vượt đèn đỏ thường chỉ bị cảnh cáo hoặc phạt một số tiền tượng trưng, trong khi vi phạm của họ có khả năng gây thương vong nghiêm trọng như đụng chết người , cũng chỉ bị phạt vài năm tù, trong lúc sinh mạng nạn nhân đã mất không bao giờ lấy lại được, chưa kể nhiều hệ quả mà có khi thân nhân người chết phải gánh chịu như con trở thành mồ côi, cha mẹ già không người nuôi dưỡng.
Liên quan đến việc quản trị, nhiều phản ánh trong nước cho biết lượng cảnh sát giao thông toàn quốc không đủ đáp ứng nhu cầu. Một số ngã tư đã thiếu hệ thống đèn giao thông lại không có nhân viên an ninh công lộ. Trật tự, vì vậy, lại càng vượt ra ngoài tầm kiểm soát.
Nhiều tranh luận về vấn đề giao thông lại được khơi dậy nhưng hiện nay trình trạng giao thông ở VN vẫn chưa cải thiện được là bao, theo tôi nghĩ trước tiên việc có thể làm ngay và có hiệu quả tức khắc là người sử dụng đường lộ chấn chỉnh tư duy, cải tạo bản thân, tức tuân hành luật lệ giao thông, và tự đánh thức lương tâm, cương quyết không gây tổn thương cho người khác

For a long time, Lines of communication in VN is one of many problem that cause indignant because of accidents that make people die a lot. Long since have any reflection from circulate situation in VN. Not far from here, informed circles bring forth some way overcome method but it’s not improve.

Statistic in VN let us know one year have thousands people go to die cause transportation accident. Beside victim people, thousands different people have one’s life disabling injury. Serious wound is eternal cripple. accidents cause destroyed traces although people try to cure them.
It’s can be say that is communication so bad begin from some principal factor like under structure not reach standard, the law not strict, but first is consciousness of everybody not good

Vietnamese traffic since a long time ago is one of the big problem causing many serious accidents. As a result, there are many reflections as well as reports about this problem. In spite of some solution has been recommended by the authorities in these recent years, that problem does not seem to be worked out.
According to the national statistics, there are more than 20 thousands of people dying from traffic accidents. Besides, thousands of other people become disabled or handicapped for the rest of their life.
There are many reasons causing traffic accidents but in general, some main reasons are the facility are under standard, lack of law and especially, people spirit is still low.
About the law, the punishments for people breaking the law are too light. For example, the punishment for people keeping driving even when the red light is turned on is just a warn or a light fine. However, the result of that action can cause many serious accidents cause leading to people death and numerous of difficult family circumstances.
About the management, many reports showed that the national police system does not meet the demand. There are some of the crossroads do not have neither a traffic light nor a policeman. Therefore, the traffic management is more out of control.
In conclusion, many meetings as well as appointments discussed about this problem. However, in my opinion, the self- aware of each people is the most important and need to be trained to avoid harming other people.

About the policy problem, the fine that a person who transgresses has to pay is so little. For example, someone crosses the red light is usually be warned by the police or only has to pay a little fine just for sample. However, when one crosses the red light, he or she would possibly cause an accident and kills someone; on the other hand, that person only has to go to prison for a few years, meanwhile, the victim is dead, besides that, there are a lot of consequents like children lose their parents, and no one would take care of old grandparents.
Considering about the managing problem, there are a lot of respondes show that the police departments have not completed their duty yet. There are many cross-roads in the city without the traffic light system and there are also no police officers
