Using PS7
1. Open up your Blank sig with just a background. I will be using this one.

2. Now create a new layer (control+shift+N, press enter)
3. On this new layer (layer 2) press control+A to "select all".
4. Once you have done this go to edit > stroke and use these settings

5. make sure everything is still selected and go to Edit > Stroke again and use these settings.

6. With everything still selected go to edit > stroke (again, and for the last time) and use these settings.

7. ok, now that you have that done you can deselect (control+D) and then make a new layer (control+shift+N, press enter).
